Signup Add a FREE Listing - (other than FINANCIAL category - see below) create a listing for your BUSINESS SERVICE or OFFER ie. list time limited fixed/flat fee offer e.g. "I will file business taxes for $500" or "We will design a website for $750" NO PERSONAL SERVICES - you listing must fit in one of the available services categories (see home page). If a listing/account already exists then Signup for a new account and login and if you do not see your listing open a support ticket (it will show if you use the same email as in listing)..
Premium listings (starting at $9.95/month) can be shown with a paid position on top of the page in rotation with other top listings or side of the page, can switch on/off User Questions/Comments, Show/Link to your Youtube/Vimeo Video on your listing page, etc.,
For Financial Service Related Listings: A payment of $19.99/month is required and must be listed by a Registered/Licensed Business Entity in any state/regoin of USA/Canada (no individuals) and business details must be provided or will be asked before activation.
FREE Listing Account - this account will allow listing in all categories EXCEPT, Business/Properties for Sale & Business/Franchise Opportunities and Real Estate.
USED Business Equipment must be OVER $500 (no new equipment) and Inventory/Assets must be over $2000.
All financial related listings will require proof of business registration documents to be uploaded and are not available for individuals, brokers or third parties. LISTINGS WILL NOT GO LIVE UNTIL REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE SITE - and will be INACTIVE until reviewed/activated by the site - only listings within the site guidelines will be activated - SPAM will be blocked and UNRELATED listings will not be activated.
Free ads may expire in 4 weeks, you may relist/upgrade to non-expiring continuous ads with a monthly payment option - not logged/inactive account, may be removed after 6 months without notice.

- ALL PRICES and PLANS are subject to change and if there is a change in pricing/plan, at least a 30 day advance notice will be provided with updates - either on this page or in the customer account login page and unless a listing/plan is updated by the customer, current listings may be cancelled/removed anytime after the advance notice at the discretion of the site.
- LIMIT ONE ACCOUNT PER USER (a user is a person or a business - if you are person and have 2 businesses, you can have one account - if your business has 50 people in your office you can have one account, if your business has 5 offices or if you want to have several accounts - contact and ask for details). Accounts, listings and usage are available only for USA & Canada based businesses & residents.
- ALL listings (free and paid) MUST be submitted to the appropriate category and listings and categories that require pricing MUST HAVE A VALID PRICE (not $1 or similar) or they will NOT BE ACCEPTED/LISTED - e.g. you cannot list a business opportunity or franchise opportunity in the "business for sale" category and make a payment. The business for sale category is meant for listing only an ESTABLISHED business for sale. A listing that should be in a paid category such as a business for sale, franchise or property, disguised and submitted in a free category, will not be accepted without a payment. This is a business classified listing site in specified categories/subcategories that you can see on the home page. If your ad does not specifically fit in one of the above categories and subcategories and listing something that is just an ad to your website or spam or some other unrelated service, it will be blocked along with your account.
- *All accounts, plans & FREE & PAID LISTINGS are SUBJECT TO APPROVAL - 100% at the discretion of the site and no questions will be answered if a listing is declined or delisted as to why it is not listed and NO SUPPORT is provided for free listings. Only unpaid listings submitted to one of the free classified categories as shown above will be approved if valid - unpaid listings to business for sale category will not be accepted. If accepted, free listings will usually appear in 2-3 business days and are currently valid for 10 weeks (or as noted above and the free listing duration may change at anytime as indicated on this page) - if not approved no questions will be answered. Repetitive submissions for same listings whether they are approved or not approved, will result in a ban of your account. Free listings cannot be moved from the originally listed category to another category. Free listing plans and terms, like other terms may be changed at any time by the site and the plans may be discontinued or changed at any time and if so notice will be provided on site. ZERO tolerance for spam and policy violations - accounts will be suspended for listings that are in obvious/deliberate violations - no questions answered, unless you have a paid listing for which you can open a support ticket.
- *For paid listings, above prices to be honored, you must list the ad in their SPECIFIC categories and/or with properly selected option for the type of business you are paying for (eg. distressed, closed, franchise-resale, etc.,). After the listing is submitted to a main category you cannot move the listing to another category or update the price above the original price range eg. if you list a "closed business for sale" for the low listing fee, you cannot move it later to the business for sale category. Sale price changes for example, if the original price is $78,000 you can only increase the price upto $100,000 - which is the limit for that price range that you paid for, and not beyond that or the listing will be canceled.
- ** BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY listings - must be offers by a REGISTERED business in at least one state and you need to upload a copy of state business registration in the images upload section as the last image (image will be deleted upon review) also some type of listings may not be accepted (you can contact in advance and ask before listing) and if declined the listing the fee will be refunded.
- *** All franchise/distributor opportunities listed must be offers by a FRANCHISOR or Distributor licensed in at least one state to sell franchise opportunities per FTC guidelines and YOU MUST provide name address and particulars of the company in the listing details (and not the address of some website marketer, broker or other person/company submitting the listing) - you must upload a copy of your franchise license in the image upload section as the last image (image will be deleted upon review). This is required so anyone can't just claim their offering as a franchise opportunity.
